College: Was a four year letterwinner and two year starter at the University of North Carolina. Was a preseason All American in 2000. As a sophomore played in all 15 games and finished the season with 38 groundballs. Played in all 13 games as a freshman with 3 goals and 8 assists. In lacrosse, was a High School All American and played in the North-South senior all star game. Was a three year High School All American in swimming at Auburn HS (NY).

Personal: Currently Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the University of North Carolina. Has extensive coaching experience having served as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the University of Pennsylvania (2006), University of Delaware (2004-2005), Limestone College (2002-2004) and Geneseo State University.
