Huge game by Lowe boosts Wichita over Denver, 9-5

The Wichita Thunder's Ian Lowe had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 9-5 win over the Denver Cutthroats.Lowe's tallies came at 8:59 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and on the power play 11:47 into the second to make the score 3-2 Wichita.
Denver fell victim to a deadly Wichita power play, which ripped the Cutthroats for five goals.
The Thunder found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Wichita averages 3.6 goals per game.
