Conrad Gregor was drafted in the 40th round of the 2010 MLB Draft by the Chicago White Sox, but opted to attend Vanderbilt University where he is an infielder and outfielder. In his first year with the Commodores, Gregor had a .351 batting average with 40 hits in 114 at-bats. Two collegiate home runs now on his resume, Gregor had a .482 slugging percentage.
During his high school career at Carmel High School in Carmel, IN., Gregor was an AFLAC All-American, Louisville Slugger All-American, Rawlings All-American and Under Armour All-American. All four years he was selected first team All-Conference. Three times he was selected to the All-County and Indianapolis Star Super teams. Gregor also was First Chair String Bass in the orchestra earning the Director’s Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement.
