Martin was a pivotal player for Harvard this season. Appearing in 39 games Martin posted a .304 average with 45 hits, 22 runs scored and 12 RBI. On the base paths Martin could not be caught swiping 17 of 17 bags in 2014. His perfection continued in the field leading the Crimson squad in fielding percentage (1.000). In 2013, he was a second team All-Ivy League selection. Martin posted a .287 average, .388 slugging percentage and .405 OBP with 21 runs scored and six RBI in 34 games.
