The 2010 Season will mark Julian's first season as a member of the Sioux City Explorers.

Julian began the 2010 season with the Edmonton Capitals of the GBL.

Julian was signed as a non drafted free agent by the New York Yankee's in 2009 and spent the 2009 season with the Yankee's Gulf Coast League affiliate where he was 0-3 with a nifty 2.81 ERA.  In 25.2 innings of work, Arballo recorded 26 strike outs to only 17 walks and held opposing hitters to a .255 batting average.
