Throughout Mark Lukowski’s career with the Creighton Blue Jays, he has experienced great success. This past season, his arsenal has stymied hitters to the tune of a 2.64 ERA. The season before, Lukowski emerged as one of the most dependable hurlers out of the bullpen, closing the season with a team-best 2.22 ERA in 25 appearances. He posted a 4-2 record with a save in 48.2 innings. As a freshman, he appeared in four games, recording three strikeouts in 3.2 innings of work.
In high school, Lukowski led his team to the Nebraska State Championship in his senior season. While there, he earned the most valuable player award following the state tournament. He was awarded second-team All-State honors and first-team all-metro performer following his senior season.
