Rossignol is another young pitcher joining the RoadRunners after playing in the California Winter League. The right-hander baffled hitter in the CWL accruing a 4-0 record and an ERA hovering around 1.00. Rossignol transferred from Chabot College in California to Bethany University to complete his college career. He has also thrown for a semi-pro team, the Palo Alto Oaks, in 2009.
