Holliday begins his first year with St. George after hurling for the York Revolution in 2009. He went 3-3 with a 4.81 ERA in 35 game for York. In five seasons before 2009, Holliday was in the Pittsburgh Pirates farm system after being drafted in the 12th round of the 2002 draft. He reached Double-A Altoona in 2008, but spent the majority of his time in High-A Lynchburg. Holliday will be a solid lefty in the STG starting rotation.
