Fogelson, 29, was 8-3 with a 3.08 ERA in 18 starts for Fargo-Moorhead in 2010. He pitched 105.1 innings and allowed 40 runs (36 earned) on 90 hits. Fogelson struck out 91 batters and walked 42 while holding opponents to a .226 batting average against him. Fogelson finished the season tied for third in the Northern League ERA race and was named to the post-season All-Star Team as the top left handed pitcher in the league. In the playoffs, Fogelson was 2-0 with a 4.38 ERA in two starts as the club won a second consecutive Northern League championship. Fogelson joined the RedHawks in 2009 and was 3-2 with a 3.66 ERA in 15 starts after being acquired from the River City Rascals of the Frontier League.
