Signed on May 9, Andrew arrives after spending the spring with the Orioles. Met the Goldeyes in Sioux Falls and tossed an inning of shutout relief that night in his Winnipeg debut. Able to do double duty, he is 9-4 in 93 relief appearances with a 2.99 ERA and .197 opposition average. Sat out the 2008 season for personal reasons. Represented Wisconsin at the 2007 Midwest League All-Star Game. Was one of two players traded by Philadelphia to Seattle in 2006 for Jamie Moyer. Drafted by the Phillies out of high school, he signed following his freshman year at Everett Community College.
