A 28th round draft pick by the Minnesota Twins, Pat Light is a pitcher who now attends Monmouth University. In his true freshman season Pat started 10 games, finishing 2 of them. Pat was clearly a heavily relied upon pitcher as his 10 starts ranked second on the time and his 57.1 innings pitched 4th. Pat also recorded one save. In high school at Christian Brothers Academy he compiled a 20-0 career record with a 1.52 ERA. His 20-0 record is the best career record in Shore Conference history and he helped lead the Colts to a State Championship as well as two A-North Sectional Championship in his time there. Pat is also a two-time 1st team All-Shore selection and was also named to the 3rd team All-State. He was a letter earning member of his high school’s basketball team as well. Pat was born to James and Carol Light.
