Professional:2012 SEASON: Megan Willis batted .271 with 5 HR and 12 RBI while accumilating 12 walks. As the starting catcher she had only 4 errors on the season. She finished the NPF Championship series going 1-11 with the 1 hit being a 2 Run Homerun.
In her first season with he USSSA Pride in 2010, Willis was the battery mate to many of the Pride pitchers, starting 40 out of 57 games. Defensively, Willis' arm was a special threat, throwing out 9 of 17 on the base paths. Offensively she was third on the team with homeruns (3) and ended the season with a .245 batting average and 18 RBI's. On July 5th she blasted her first career grand slam in a rout of the Akron Racers. Willis broke into the league in 2007 with the Chicago Bandits. In 2008 she teamed up with her former teammate and fellow Longhorn pitcher Cat Osterman to win the NPF title for the Rockford Thunder.
