Professional:

In 2010, Osterman was plagued by injury and had to sit out most of the season, making her 2010 debut on August 20. On August 28th, during the championship series, the southpaw closed the game winner against the Bandits with five strikeouts. On August 29 she started and collected the win for the Pride's very first national championship with only two hits, two runs, and seven strikeouts.

In 2007, Osterman pitched her professional debut for the Rockford Thunder, striking out 24 batters in a complete-game, 12-inning,  1-0 win over the Chicago Bandits. In her rookie professional season, Osterman struck out 126 batters while walking 29 and surrendered 15 runs on 30 hits. She returned to the Thunder in 2009, earning NPF’s Most Valuable Player title and leading her team to victory in the NPF Championship.
