Posted a .375 average (6-for-16) in five postseason games.

Traded to Miners on 6/4/09 from the Evansville Otters in exchange for a player to be named later…Prior to the trade, hit .167 with one RBI…Struggled offensively for Southern Illinois, hitting .149 in 17 games before he was released on 6/30/09…Determined after the season that he had been playing with a broken wrist
