Williams is a first-time Honker this summer. As a sophomore at the University of Tennessee in 2012, Williams made 22 appearances and 12 starts, finishing with a record of 3-5 with 3 saves and a 4.33 ERA. The Knoxville, TN native beat #18 Georgia on March 18th to pick up his second win of the season by throwing 6 innings of shutout baseball and striking out 5 Bulldogs. In high school, Nick helped lead Farragut High School to three consecutive state championships. His pitching record in high school was 19-0 with a 0.85 ERA.
