Ben Fox returns to the GBL after taking a year off from baseball.  He last played for Garry Templeton’s 2007 Orange County Flyers where he also served as pitching coach.  That season, Fox pitched 3 complete games in 10 starts and finished with a 2.99 ERA in 69.1 innings of work.  He began his professional career in playing for the Idaho Falls Padres after San Diego drafted him in the 10th round (300 overall) in 2001. Fox will serve as a starting pitcher for the Armada in 2009.
