Phil Bartleski is a pitcher who resides in Charlottesville, Virginia. The 6-7, 240 lbs right-hander split time in college between William & Mary and Oklahoma City University. Following his college career, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Yankees in 2007. He spent two years in the single-A system with Staten Island and Tampa before being demoted to rookie ball in 2009 and rising up the ranks all the way to double-AA Trenton. He spent 2010 in single-A Tampa before being granted his release. Bartleski joined independent baseball in 2011 with New Jersey of the Can-Am League and Fort Worth of the American Association in 2011. He has a career 3.38 ERA in the minor leagues, with a 100 games pitched: all in relief.
