Phillip Reamy, a key right-handed reliever for the Grizzlies in 2012, has been re-signed.  The 24-year-old from Centreville, VA went 5-2 with a 2.18 ERA in 33 appearances out of the bullpen.  Reamy struck out 42 batters in 45 and one third innings. 

 

“Phil was a valuable piece to our bullpen last year and we expect even bigger things from him in 2013,” Warren commented.  “He has electric stuff and will continue to be an often used pitcher at the end of games for us.”

 

Reamy played his collegiate baseball at NAIA Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is the all-time saves leader at the University.
