Gill comes to the Rascals in 2012 for his second season in professional baseball.  In 2011, Gill was 0-0 with a 3.32 ERA in rookie ball.  He struck out 18 and walked 10 over 21.2 innings of work.  Justin joins several other Kent State alums on the Rascals, including Jason Patton, Doug Sanders, Jon Pokorny, and Brennen Glass.
