Signed with Pittsburgh in 1998...Appeared in 24 games for the big league Pirates in 2004 and one more in 2005...Was 0-3 with a 4.37 ERA in 2004...Last pitched in the US in 2009 when he allowed only one earned run in 16.1 IP between Class AA Birmingham and Class AAA Charlotte (White Sox)...Went a stretch of 33 appearances for Indianapolis in 2005 where he gave up earned runs in only two.
