Appeared in 13 games as a sophomore for the Division I Colonials of the Atlantic-10 Conference, starting six of them…went 1-4  in 2012 with an 8.59 ERA in 22 innings of work…recorded 15 strikeouts on the year…made two starts to go along with 12 relief appearances as a freshman…struck out 18 while walking just ten batters in 23.1 innings of work…finished  the season with a 1-1 record to go along with a 5.79 ERA…earned the win in his first collegiate start, throwing five innings and allowing two earned runs with one strikeout against Central Connecticut State on March 14, 2011…was a four-year letter winner at Bristol Central High School…named the baseball team MVP as a sophomore and a senior…posted a career record of 25-3 with a 1.19 ERA during his tenure with the Rams…named All-Central Connecticut Conference (CCC) following his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
