Landry had a phenomenal summer for Navigators in 2011, allowing no runs in 20 appearances out of the bullpen on the season. In 20 innings pitched, the right-hander fanned 18, registered five saves, and gave up just 7 hits, for a .096 opponents’ batting average. He was also selected to play in the league’s All-Star Game, throwing a scoreless inning.
During the 2012 college campaign Landry appeared in 6 games for Baylor. Posting a 4.26 era, Landry only surrendered 2 hits on the year while limiting his opponents to hitting .100 against him in 20 at-bats. He also was named to the Big 12 Commissioners Honor Roll in Fall 2011.
