Andy Lalli caught almost every game for the Bay Sox last summer. Playing in 40 games, he posted a .221 batting average with 30 hits, including 7 doubles and 2 home runs. Lalli had 17 walks, 11 RBI, and scored 9 runs. He was one of three Bay Sox players to be selected to the 2011 NECBL All-Star Game.
Before transferring to Southern New Hampshire, Lalli saw action in 43 games, starting 37 at Central Connecticut State in 2011. He batted .265 with 15 runs batted in.
Before Central, Lalli was a four-time All-League selection at Coyle & Cassidy. He was named MVP of his high school league in his senior year. Lalli batted over .600 that year.
