A power hitting corner infielder, Jeremy Hunt joins the Rox for his different fourth team in 2011. He started the season with the New Jersey Jackals, before spending time with the Camden Riversharks and the Lake County Fielders. In 2010, Hunt was a member of the Quebec Capitales, and prior to that, Hunt played for the Sussex Skyhawks in 2009, also of the Can-Am League. In 2010 with the Capitales, Hunt hit .268 in 75 games with three homers and 40 RBIs. Hunt also appeared in 25 games as a pitcher, going 1-3 with a 4.96 ERA. Hunt was drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2006 and spent three years in their organization, reaching high-A in 2008. That season with Lake Elsinore, Hunt hit .266 with 11 homers and 52 RBIs. In 2007 with single-A Fort Wayne, Hunt hit a career high 13 homers and scored 53 runs.
