#12 Mike Demperio - Player Profile

Infielder Mike Demperio signed with the Jackals on June 9.

The 23-year-old was selected by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the 25th round of the 2009 draft following his junior season at the University of Georgia, where he played two years after spending his freshman campaign at the University of Texas. He spent two seasons in the Angels’ minor league system, advancing as high as Double-A Arkansas in 2010.
