In his first year at Arkansas State after transferring from Jefferson College, Cory Kyle was a main piece of the bullpen finishing the year second on the team with 21 appearances, while throwing 44 2/3 innings. After a tough regular season, the Red Wolves fell just one game short of the Sun Belt tournament championship game. The Sun Belt Conference received three bids to the NCAA tournament this season.
