Kurt Frymier begins his first season with the ThunderBolts in 2011 after he signed with the club on February 8. 2011. He comes to Windy City from Oakland County, where he posted an impressive 1.17 ERA as a rookie out of Michigan St. His senior year as a Spartan, he went 3-1 with a 3.58 ERA out of the bullpen. Kurt attended Midland High School in Midland, Michigan.
