#22 Zac Zellers - Player Profile

From Fenton, MO, Zellers comes to the Mallards on a temporary basis after playing this past season for Heartland Community College. As an outfielder, Zellers has played well both offensively and defensively, collecting a batting average of over .400 and committing only two errors in 77 chances. Zellers is also speedy on the bases, accumulating 54 stolen bases while being caught only five times during his collegiate career. Over the course of the past two seasons, he has also scored more runs (126) than any other player coming to Madison this summer.
