#27 Mike Lamb - Player Profile

Mike Lamb joins the Riversharks after spending 10 seasons in Major League Baseball. The Cal-State Fullerton graduate was drafted in the 7th round of the 1997 draft by the Texas Rangers. From 2000 to 2007, Lamb played exclusively in the Lone Star State, playing for both the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros. His best season came in 2006, as member of the Astros, where he hit .307, with 22 doubles, and 12 home runs. He played in 39 games for the Florida Marlins in 2010, and joins the Atlantic League for the first time.
