Keith Ramsey rejoins the Blue Crabs after spending the 2010 season playing baseball in Italy. Over the two seasons Ramsey played in Southern Maryland he played in 34 games, all in the starting rotation, going 12-10 with a 4.71 ERA. Selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 10th round of the 2002 amateur entry draft, Ramsey spent three years in that organization through 2004. In addition to his time with the Blue Crabs, Ramsey has prior Atlantic League experience with the Somerset Patriots.
