Completed four years at the University of Buffalo where he competed for the Bulls at the NCAA Division I level. Finished his four-year stint at Buffalo with 114 hits in 470 at-bats for a career batting average of .241. Spent 2010 in the New York State League, which is the developmental league for the Can-Am, and had a .506 batting average with three home runs. Flynn also set a league record that season for most stolen bases in a single game with five. Most recently, Flynn wrapped up his winter season with the Beenleigh Hawks of the Greater Brisbane Baseball League in Australia.
