Alex Klonowski went 2-4, helping the Victoria Generals (34-22) to a 2-0 victory over the Woodlands Strykers (22-35) on Friday at Riverside Stadium.

The Woodlands Strykers couldn't get anything going so long as Trae Davis was on the hill. Davis gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Kyle Chaskin improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Victoria Generals. Chaskin struck out one, walked none and gave up one hit.
