The East Texas Pump Jacks (35-19) beat the Woodlands Strykers (20-32) 8-4 on Saturday at Strykers Stadium behind Blair DeBord, who went 2-4.

Corey Ray got the win for the East Texas Pump Jacks thanks to 10 strikeouts. Ray allowed three earned runs, seven hits and one walk over seven innings.

Michael Aquino put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Woodlands Strykers. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

The East Texas Pump Jacks couldn't get anything going as long as John Almogabar was on the mound. Almogabar held the East Texas Pump Jacks hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out three.

Cameron Walker couldn't get it done on the mound for the Woodlands Strykers, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked three and struck out one.
