The Brazos Valley Bombers (27-19) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 11-1 win over the East Texas Pump Jacks (31-14) at Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark.
Florack boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Brazos Valley Bombers.
Kyle Martin picked up the win for the Brazos Valley Bombers. Martin pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, three hits and no walks while striking out five.
Corey Ray (3-2) took the loss for the East Texas Pump Jacks. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked one and struck out four.
