The Acadiana Cane Cutters (19-20) scored four runs in the seventh to cap an 11-4 win over the McKinney Marshals (12-27) on Saturday.

Issac Rodriguez did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Acadiana Cane Cutters, reaching base four times. He scored two runs and had two RBIs. He singled in the first and third innings.

Travis Schuetze got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the fifth, sixth, and eighth innings.

Sam Malchar improved to 3-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Acadiana Cane Cutters. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered five hits.

Kindle Ladd couldn't get it done on the rubber for the McKinney Marshals, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked three and struck out one.
