Finally, Smith came to the plate with the score tied at one, and reached on an error, bringing home Parma.Smith racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Brazos Valley Bombers. He singled in the second and seventh innings.
Ryan Santhon picked up the win for the Brazos Valley Bombers. Santhon pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out three.
Dan Perkins was solid at the plate for the Woodlands Strykers. Perkins went 3-4 and scored one run. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the third and ninth innings.
