Issac Rodriguez led the Acadiana Cane Cutters' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Damian Rivera got the win, running his season record to 3-1. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out seven, walked three and surrendered nine hits.

Ryan Bergeron was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
