Michael Rosario went 1-2, sparking the Woodlands Strykers (8-18) to a 3-2 victory in seven innings over the Acadiana Cane Cutters (13-13) on Saturday at Strykers Stadium.

He singled in the third inning.

Cameron Walker picked up the win for the Woodlands Strykers. Walker allowed two earned runs, three hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work.

A bright spot for the Acadiana Cane Cutters in the defeat was Zac Person, who allowed only two runs while striking out five.

Patrick Michon was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed no runs.
