The Victoria Generals took the lead in the ninth inning and held on for the victory. A wild pitch scored Kevin Daniels to give the Victoria Generals the lead for good.
Blue Hybner racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Victoria Generals. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.
Garrett Lozano boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Woodlands Strykers. He singled in the fourth, sixth, and eighth innings.
Covey Morrow improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Victoria Generals. He allowed three runs over 2 1/3 innings. Morrow struck out two, walked one and gave up four hits.
Brady Rodriguez was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed one run.
