The Waterloo Bucks (19-12) built an early lead against the Duluth Huskies (15-14), scoring three runs in the first inning, en route to a 9-4 win on Saturday at Wade Stadium.
Thomas Lindauer got a hit in each of his three at bats. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and eighth innings.

A.J. McElderry ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
