The Mankato MoonDogs (36-14) pounded the Waterloo Bucks (25-25) on Friday 14-3 at Riverfront Stadium-Waterloo, IA.

The Mankato MoonDogs scored seven runs in the sixth on an RBI single by J.M Twitchell, an RBI single by Twitchell, an RBI double by Blair Moore, a two-run single by Kyle Turner, an RBI single by Nick Ratajczak, and an RBI double by Chase Fowler.

Twitchell pushed the Mankato MoonDogs ahead, in the sixth inning, and the lead lasted until the final out. After Chase Simpson, Twitchell came to the plate with the Mankato MoonDogs trailing by one in the sixth inning, and singled, scoring Simpson.

Twitchell racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Mankato MoonDogs.

Fowler had two extra-base hits for the Mankato MoonDogs.

Adam Mott racked up nine strikeouts in the the Mankato MoonDogs win. Mott allowed one earned run, three hits and two walks over six innings.

Jordan Foley couldn't get it done on the hill for the Waterloo Bucks, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked five, struck out three, and allowed five runs.

The Mankato MoonDogs were sparked by Twitchell and Fowler, who teamed up for nine hits and seven RBIs.
