Rene Leveret drove in three runs as the Quebec (12-8) took home a 6-3 victory over the New Jersey (15-8) at Le Stade Municipal on Sunday.He homered in the first inning and singled in the second inning.
Dexter Bobo had an impressive outing against the New Jersey's lineup. The New Jersey managed just one hit off of the the Quebec's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his 1 1/3 innings of work.
Bryan Sabatella had a hot bat for the New Jersey. Sabatella went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third inning and homered in the eighth inning.
Bryan Rembisz recorded his third win of the year for the Quebec. He allowed three runs over 7 2/3 innings. He struck out none, walked one and surrendered nine hits.
Matt Chico ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked three and struck out two.
