The St Paul Saints (52-48) didn't have a chance on Monday, as the Wichita Wingnuts (59-41) won in blowout fashion, 10-4 at Midway Stadium.

The Wichita Wingnuts scored three runs in the second on a hit by pitch, a two-run single by Steve Stanley, and a two-run single by Stanley.

John Rodriguez racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Wichita Wingnuts. He singled in the third and fifth innings and homered in the eighth innings.

Adam Frost reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He tripled in the first innings.

Anthony Capra recorded his third win of the year for the Wichita Wingnuts. He allowed four runs over five innings. Capra struck out six, walked three and gave up eight hits.

Brian Gump ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out four.
