The Sioux City Explorers (43-53) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 10-1 landslide win over the Winnipeg Goldeyes (54-42) at Shaw Park.
Barrows had three extra-base hits for the Sioux City Explorers.
The Sioux City Explorers relied on Richard Salazar to eat up innings en route to the win. Salazar pitched nine innings and allowed one earned run, seven hits and three walks while striking out six.
Andrew Walker (9-5) took the loss for the Winnipeg Goldeyes. He allowed six runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out five.
