A two-run ninth inning sealed an 8-1 win for the Laredo Lemurs (36-41) over the El Paso Diablos (35-39) on Thursday at Cohen Stadium.

Palmer Karr Jr. got on base three times in the game for the Laredo Lemurs. He scored one run and had two RBIs. He homered in the ninth inning.

Osvaldo Rodriguez picked up the win for the Laredo Lemurs. Rodriguez allowed one earned run, four hits and four walks while striking out three over six innings of work.

Reyes Dorado (1-3) took the loss for the El Paso Diablos. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
