Josh Mazzola collected three hits, helping the Winnipeg Goldeyes (29-20) to a 6-1 victory over the Sioux Falls Pheasants (25-24) on Monday at Shaw Park.

Andrew Walker racked up seven strikeouts in the the Winnipeg Goldeyes win. Walker allowed one earned run, eight hits and no walks over seven innings.

Peter Gehle (4-4) took the loss for the Sioux Falls Pheasants. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
