Yusuke Inoguchi collected three hits, sparking the Sioux City (13-14) to a 5-2 victory over the Sioux Falls (12-14) on Wednesday at Sioux Falls Stadium.

Richard Salazar picked up the win for the Sioux City. Salazar allowed two earned runs, eight hits and one walk while striking out three over eight innings of work.

Alan DeRatt (1-1) took the loss for the Sioux Falls. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
