Eric Jensen was cold coming off the bench, but Jensen warmed up quickly as Jensen stroked a key pinch-hit single in the nine to lead the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (20-15) to a 5-4 win over the Seacoast Mavericks (19-18) on Monday at Vineyard Baseball Park.
With Jensen came to the plate and singled, plating Matt Moore.
The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to six lead changes in the game.
Justin Meier racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the ninth inning.
