The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs fall 12-1 at the hands of the North Shore Navigators

The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (6-27) had a tough outing on Monday, as the North Shore Navigators (18-14) dominated in a 12-1 win at Doyle Field.

The North Shore Navigators scored six runs in the eighth on a solo home run by Rob Krentzman, , a three-run single by Ryan Muno, and a solo home run by Jake McGuiggan.

Andrew Harris reached base three times. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He singled in the second inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Corey Stump pitched lights out for the North Shore Navigators. The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs managed just one hit off of the the North Shore Navigators' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out six during his five innings of work.

Crayton Bare recorded his second win of the year for the North Shore Navigators. He allowed one run over four innings. He struck out six, walked four and surrendered three hits.

Nick Boutoures was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.

The North Shore Navigators easily handled the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs pitching as six hitters combined for 11 hits, 11 RBIs and 10 runs scored.
