Jake Rodriguez went 2-3, sparking the Falmouth Commodores (12-7) to a 6-4 victory over the Brewster Whitecaps (7-12) on Friday at Stony Brook.

Sean Hagan racked up five strikeouts in the the Falmouth Commodores win. Hagan allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks over six innings.

Ryon Healy put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Brewster Whitecaps. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Michael Theofanopoulos (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
